PERFORMANCE REVIEW

The regular Crazy Explosive was an incredible shoe – one of the best performances of the year. I mean, that cushion setup felt straight up pillows, it’s even hard to describe how bouncy it was. Any other hoop shoe isn’t able to top that extraordinary experience that CE is giving you in terms of cushion department.

The rest of the shoe will not let you down either. Both Primeknit and Mesh upper options offer you super comfy and unrestricted fit. Also, solid traction pattern and support features will keep you secure and locked in through the whole game. And with that new Low-top silhouette, the Crazy Explosive becomes top tear guard shoe due to highly increased mobility and lightweight.

Pros: Very Responsive Cushion Setup | Superb Impact Protection | Beastly Traction | A+ Support |

Cons: Not Suitable for Outdoors

PERFORMANCE REVIEW

Superb performance in every category – overall performance beast, that’s how I call them. The Dame 3 has it all… FUSE MESH upper is super durable but at the same time pretty stretchy, breathable and very comfortable to play in. The BOUNCE cushion tooling offers similar experience to the adidas claim the fame BOOST technology – huge bounce, great impact protection and solid court feel.

It doesn’t matter what type of player you are, EVERYONE will find something to enjoy. Also, the rubber compound is enough durable so street ballers will be able to throw them outside.

I just can’t believe they cost only $115…

ADIDAS CRAZY EXPLOSIVE PRIMEKNIT

Tech: Primeknit, BOOST, GEO Fit Boot

Weight: 426.4 g. / 15.04 oz

Pros: Top Notch Cushion Setup | Premium Materials | Great Lockdown | One-to-One Fit | Pure Primeknit | Solid Support

Cons: Rubber Compound isn’t Suitable for Outdoors | Weak Upper Durability |

Best for: All Position Players

Retail Price: $150

PERFORMANE REVIEW

As I said it before, the Crazy Explosive Primeknit is the definition of pure comfort. Primeknit upper hugs your foot like a glove and gives that almost seamless fit. While the big chunk of BOOST underneath adds crazy amount of impact protection and huge bounce. It feels like jumping on a trampoline, sort of.

Surprisingly, with that super light Primeknit upper you’re still getting solid amount of support. The traction is another compartment where CE shines, I just don’t recommend using them outdoors.

#5 PICK

ADIDAS HARDEN VOL.1

Tech: BOOST, Genuine Leather

Weight: 427 g. / 15.05 oz

Pros: Premium Materials | One-to-One fit | Amazing Traction | Solid Suport for a low top |

Cons: Impact Protection | Rubber Compound isn’t durable |

Best for: Guards

Retail Price: $140

PERFORMANCE REVIEW

This is the first James Harden’s signature sneaker – and it is one hell of a shoe to ball in. From design to performance perspective this shoe really stands out from others.

The Harden Vol.1 is truly a guard shoe. They feature lowest to the ground BOOST cushion setup to mostly emphasize speed, reaction time and court feel. So, low profile guards will be able to move without any hold ups.

The outsole performs NASTY – amazing grip with the floor to keep you secure while performing quick moves (just don’t use them outdoors).

Upper is knitted mesh with nylon backing and leather toe cap. One of my favorite parts of the shoe is independent genuine leather part in the toe area. This sh*t is simply AMAZING. Now think about it, you are getting premium leather just for $160. UNBELIEVABLE.
